BIO – Jackie Fleischmann
Jackie earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 and is an inactive member of the State Bar of Maryland. After spending 5 years practicing litigation in the Washington DC area, she was subsequently hired as Manager of Business & Legal Affairs for a company engaged in a variety of business and strategic consulting services to a select portfolio of high net-worth clients, comprised of professional athletes and individuals in media and entertainment. In this role, she also developed broad transactional experience by providing a combination of professional advisory services to international countries, government agencies and commercial entities in the areas of project finance and sourcing of capital in the public and private arena.
Originally from Toronto, Ontario, she attended the Toronto French School and speaks French fluently having participated in the International Baccalaureate Program. After spending a total of 15 years in the United States, she returned home to Toronto at the end of 2010 to take on a more active role in a family owned business, where she was a Director for the Toronto International Centre until December 2017, at which time, the business was sold. The Toronto International Centre, was a privately owned trade and consumer exhibition facility in Mississauga, Ontario, owned by several families.
In 2011, she was appointed as Director of Business & Legal Affairs for ROI Corporation, a specialty brokerage with expertise in the valuation and sale of dental, veterinary and optometry practices across Canada. She became a licensed realtor and successfully completed a wide variety of transactions on behalf of professional practice owners.
Seasoned at working with multi-disciplinary teams, Jackie is adept at positioning issues and uncovering motivations preventing parties from aligning and building rapport to achieve desired results.
She left ROI Corporation in June 2018 to start her own coaching practice in Toronto, Ontario.
